Do you offer game delivery and pickup services?
Yes, we offer game delivery and collection services within a 50-kilometer radius around Brașov. The delivery cost for areas within 30 kilometers of the city is 200 lei, and for areas within 50 kilometers, it is 300 lei.
To simplify your event planning, we’re happy to extend our delivery and collection service to more remote locations. Please get in touch with us for details.
There’s no additional charge if you prefer to pick up and return the games directly to our office in Brașov.
Where is the pickup location?
Our headquarter is situated in the METROM Industrial Park in the city of Brașov.
If you opt to pick up the games, upon receiving your reservation request, we will promptly email you all the necessary details.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We want you to book with confidence. You have the option to reschedule for free (subject to availability) or receive a full refund, minus a 150 lei administration fee, until the day of your event.

Reservations can be canceled with a minimum of 7 working days’ notice before the scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the original rental amount.
Can you customize the rental period?
Absolutely! Just choose your preferred rental dates, and the rental period for all games will automatically adjust accordingly.
Do you also offer game rental packages?
Certainly! We offer five fantastic rental packages: the Event Package, the Most Popular Package, the Kids Package, the Top party package, and an Educational package featuring ten games.
Does the rental service include entertainers?
No, the games do not require dedicated staff to maintain the atmosphere. On the contrary, exploring them, your guests will feel at ease and have moments full of good cheer. Each game also comes with a printed HOW TO PLAY guide, which is also available on our website
Is it possible for us to arrange for game animators
Certainly! Depending on the type of event, the number of guests, and the games rented, we can arrange for staff to explain the games, set them up, offer playing tips, or manage scoring.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or via bank transfer. The payment is due at the time of booking.
"Do you require a deposit?"
Yes, all rentals need a deposit fee of 100 lei, which is refundable upon the return of the games in good and clean condition.
